Update: no reply, no support, no refund! Don’t order or check out as a guest! Been few months now!Terrible customer service. Can’t log in into my account, can’t get in touch with anyone, apart from a robot. No one is replying. I’ve sent an item back and never got a refund.

I ordered a Tiipii bed from Amara that has developed tears and frays after a months use. Initially Amara customer service offered to refund or exchange. In their next correspondence they offered to discount & refund for any professional cleaning/repair charges or return the item for a full refund. I requested an exchange....
