Appalling service, broken promises, phone unanswered, voicemail ignored, emails ignored, no communication between staff. Just don't waste your time here.

I have used this company many times and always had wonderful service - and curtains! It is always a pleasure to go there and they could not be more helpful and professional.

APPALLING communication and customer service. They gave my valuable curtains to charity because they didn't sell in 6 months without even a phone call to let me know. At no point in my emails/telephone calls did they say that this was their standard operating procedure and I do remember speaking to them a few times to understand... read full comment
