I was prescribed the wrong medication, paid for it tried to return it as it was useless to me - I was forced to buy the correct medication and refused a refund on the miss sold one - disgusted

They dont answer the phone. Was calling for 15 minutes nothing. Then out of nowhere it just hangs up. Terrible. Also how the flying hell do you have a line busy when you DONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND LET IT RING FOR AGES. PATHETIC.
