The most rude staff ever.She told me to not order my parcel to be delivery at the post office anymore, because she already have many parcels there and is annoying.Not the first time she was rude to me.Horrible service!!

If there was an option for zero stars I would give this. Extremely rude new member of staff. Extremely unhelpful. When I called to query something she hung up the phone. Please bring original staff back as this person is beyond rude.

If I could give zero stars I would. Post office have lost my DBS check for charity work. Posted 6/9 and hasn't arrived as of 22/9. Went in today to ask where it was, was served by the rudest lady, appalling attitude, her actual words were 'If it's lost, then it's lost'. I am lost for words.
