the app was down and would not let us add our location to find the store. Approached the lady on the till and showed her and she just looked at me and said ‘I can’t help you’ and didn’t even offer to take our order through the till herself

Horrendous place waited ages for my delivery which was saying out for delivery for an hour then said delivered which it’s wasn’t had to call the shop 5 times staff were not helpful at all I was told the delivery driver couldn’t find the house she they had to send another driver and it would be 10 minutes another 45... read full comment
