I have been trying to get a Bayswater brand bath panel (which peeled) replaced. I also had two toilet seats which peeled. It was fitted in Jan 21 and started peeling in April 22 so well within guarantee and shouldn't be falling apart. My plumber and I have been chasing Bayswater for months.
