Charged twice for goods, they say they cannot make a simple refund, now incumbent on us to chase it through customer services. I will also raise it as a dispute with credit card and let them sort it out. Useless service.If you use this store check your receipt.

Normally well stocked, pop in when I’m working on the estate, but seems to be a meeting point for local Chavs and idiotic drivers who seem to enjoy having their car alarms go off! Could do with a coffee machine

I love quite close so we can pop in any time we don't have something. Honestly the staff is sweet and kind and will help you the second you ask and they are always restocking or helping. They are very kind and children can look forward to going as it's got a book swap so make sure kids are aware and they might enjoy it.... read full comment
