paid off my phone bill in December 2022 and they keep charging me for it in 2024 ---- worse network i have ever used i wont recommend for anyone

Cant sing the praises enough for Gavin at Three yesterday, going above and beyond helping myself with a new contract after our bad experience with the call centre in India . Also for the help with helping my Husband setting up his new phone , so patient . Thank You

I went in to enquire about a problem I was having with my phone. The assistant wasn't at all helpful. I won't use the shop again.
