Lovely little Starbucks and amazing and wonderful staff

Staff are usually very friendly. The lack of gluten free food is disappointing - there used to be a panini as well as cake options, but can now only buy tiny bitesized cakes. Not a problem unique to this outlet however

I love starbucks and visit a branch daily, however I always feel let down at culver. The staff are always stressed out, even when it's quiet. No please, thank you's, and minimal eye contact....basic customer services! There always seems to be problem there, wrong order, wrong milk, no receipts etc. Nothing is easy or straight... read full comment
