Shocking service today, managers are rude and will not talk to you when requested. Tried to exchange boxed items purchased on 23/12/23 with receipt as wrong size purchased, store refused - staff advised manager had confirmed that morning not to exchange or refund “handled” goods, said manager then put “handled”... read full comment
