Purchased a sofa and armchair, which was delivered in July 2023.This already looks old and saggy at the back of the sofa, looks like something in a second hand shop.Just us two adults living here, no heavy use whatsoever.Extremely disappointed with our purchase. May as well have kept the old one! What would you suggest?

Padding in seats not adequate, after care appalling we ended up selling the sofas for a third of the price!

Went into day to look at some sofas but we couldn't walk around without being pested by this one particular woman continuously asking us three times if we needed help we're not the kind of people that like that kind of interaction we like to look at the sofas and browse and take our time without being completely harassed...
