Whatever have they done to this place!? 20+ minutes waiting to get to the post office counter, one staff member manning the shop and post office. Something needs to change here

Fairly useless as a Post Office. Front counter is NEVER open - always the same excuse, 'I haven't been trained" so don't bother attempting to post anything outside of standard hours. There's really no point in even having the front counter ?♂️ - go to Tollesbury instead - a great store run properly.
