    This branch should be closed down, staff unwilling to help and total chaos. McDonald’s down the road is run far better than this bank. Had money stuck in deposit machine and instead of getting it sorted immediately had to wait for a good 45 minute for then be told someone would contact me once it has been rectified.     Such an awful bank. No sign saying customer service. So hanging around looking for a staff member. Ended up seeing a random woman sitting at a huge table, with a tiny tablet. No name badge.
