Met a jobs worth here, returning a mobile phone which DHL had delivered, the original box they delivered it in had a hazard warning label on it, jobs worth said that DHL couldn't deliver packages that had hazardous items, it was a brand new Nokia mobile which he knew because he took it out of it's packaging and checked... read full comment

Incredibly slow service dropping a package off, which had to be opened for a ‘security check’ and also additional paperwork required that wasn’t aforementioned. A 30 second job made into a 10 minute job
