My mum had a lot of items to donate. Arranged for collection, picked 2 dates & nothing!She called & they said they'd call back.....nothing.Just be truthful & say if you can collect or not, want the stuff or not & stop wasting peoples times.I could have taken it all to the tip, but why dump a working tv, working kitchen...

I went into the British heart foundation and to tell the truth it stunk in there there's a employer who stuck of beo the whole shop stuck I had to walk out and get some fresh air
