The staff are lovely people, always apologetic but the pharmacy side of things is terrible.I regularly every 4 weekly order repeat prescription, which is meant to be delivered for my elderly Mother in law, who is house bound and very poorly, it is never delivered in time, I repeatedly get calls from carers that medication... read full comment

The service at this chemist is diabolical. Went to collect a pre ordered prescription.Waited in queue for 15 minutesFinally got served to be told that a prescirption that was ordered 4 days previous (an inhaler) was not ready.
