Out of all of the banks that I walked into today, Nationwide stood out far beyond the other 4 financial institutions for the best of reasons. Thanks only to Tom and Fiona. A great team at the front desk doing a great job. Tom was very quick to identify my needs and dealt with me brilliantly. Whilst Fiona dealt with all of the other enquiries brilliantly and effortlessly, Tom was busy with me and both of them wore a big smile to boot. Thus leaving all customers extra happy. “It is so nice and important to be able to go into a bank and deal with things with an actual person! I came in a couple of weeks ago needing help with a bank transfer and statements etc due to purchasing a flat for my elderly Mother ,(which has been very stressful). Stacey was excellent. She was very helpful, kind , calm and professional. She has served me a couple of times previously and has always been great. The branch in general has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. “Went to the carpark here it’s very small and card only. Some of the pumps were quite slow but it’s not too much of a detour if you’re on your way to Mersey island and I recommend filling up before you get on the island just incase. There is an Asda supermarket just next door incase you need anything. There was no staff present but it was very clean.”
