The staff are friendly & helpful and seem to enjoy caring for us. Fascilities are good. I don't use it and understand that parking can be a bit difficult, but there is little they can do about it. Fees, such as they are, are tiny. First class!

I arrived in Colchester a few years ago knowing no-one. Then guess what, I found Age Concern and all my problems were solved
We believe everyone deserves to age well, and it is our mission to support and empower people in later years to live happier and healthier.
A fifth of 75 year olds are now living below the poverty line, and many are unaware of the benefits and entitlements they could be claiming. We, through helpful conversation and mindful investigation, can help people in later years access vital extra funds or assistance.
We also connect communities to tackle loneliness; support people through emotional challenges, and we empower people to live well with dementia.
