Oh lord, where do I start?! This branch is SO SLOW! I had to come in to show my ID because I had changed my address and HSBC had blocked my account. It took them 45 minutes to unblock my account and photocopy my ID! I presented my ID to the elderly lady who was serving me. She then left me in her office for what felt like...
