Appointment was on time. The staff were friendly and helpful and the gentleman carrying out the eye test explained each step carefully and made me feel relaxed.

Would have given higher except I arrived for my appointment at the time I was given when booked and when got there told it was 25minutes later

From the polite welcome from the receptionist, and then to the actual consultation with the optician ( via a small detour with the clinician who did the pre-test), excellent, professional and kind service throughout. A very good experience throughout.
