Dreadful service. Ignore the phone then take it off the hook after calling for an hour because they cant be bothered picking up. Been in few times had my Pneumococcal vaccine cost me £70 at the time because of the NHS had no vaccine available and a flu jab booked in collected my prescriptions few times overall I can say I'm satisfied with the service.
