wont answer the phone no post in 2 weeks and yesterday only open from 8.00 -8.30 and last time I saw a postman was when they were on strike picketing

Absolutely shocking service.....NOT fit for purpose. Very little mail for weeks, just received an email to say Royal Mail had tried to deliver a parcel which is a blatant lie as we have a ring doorbell and no one has knocked or approached our door.Tried logging a complaint with Royal Mail online and received the generic... read full comment
