Terrible store and terrible staff everyone was rude and don't even answer the phone

What has happened to the post office counter staff? I went to pay the rent yesterday in the High Street branch and had to use the machine. A member of staff grudgingly assisted me and told me to get up to date. I will be using the gt Baddow branch in future where they have a proper service.
