Car park completely stationary, unable to leave been stuck here for an hour , no sign of improvements, terrible place to come shopping, frozen food getting defrosted, what a waist of money. Took me 2hrs 30mins to get out of carpark. I will never shop there again.

Avoid at all costs if you have young children. There's only a single exit onto a busy road and if it gets congested it's impossible to leave. At time of writing we have been trying for over an hour to leave. The only mercy is that being a supermarket we could buy food and supplies to keep the kids happy.
