My husband and I were served by James in the Chelmsford branch, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us choose our carpet as there were types that were similar but he knew which was best quality etc. It was a very slick transaction and the carpet and underlay were delivered on time and fitted so quickly....

James at Tapi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me to choose a carpet that was suitable for my stairs and booked in an appointment for a professional carpet surveyor to measure the area and provide a very reasonable quote. I'm very happy with my carpet. I had 2 bedrooms and the hallway and stairs fitted with new carpet.I also used the measuring service and choose my carpet from home.The guy that came round to measure up was Polite and helpful and he was very patient with me when I was deciding on what carpet to have.Also Bradley fitted...
