Incompetent and rude staff. As others have said total lack of customer service. Any request treated as a problem. Will never return.

Lack of pleasantries on arrival. Ignored, queue jumped and stared at from the back room staff. Not once was I acknowledge. I think you have to be familiar with the staff to get served. Manners cost nothing but maybe I was just an inconvenience.
