I had the misfortune to witness the very poor attitude of employee "Denisse". An aged, white, blonde woman who's customer service did not only upset a lady who was kindly asking about a letter and kept her poise very settled through the whole tormenting experience but also made everyone else in the queue feel awfully uncomfortable... read full comment

Excellent, friendly service by the South Asian lady with short hair. Sorry didn't get her name. Give her a raise!
