I recently booked here for afternoon tea for a colleague to celebrate her getting married soon. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and let me come in to decorate prior to guests arriving. Lovely wedding venue with a huge impressive marquee room and dance floor area. Suitable for medium to large weddings.Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is very nice. Lovely grounds and lots of places to take photos.I often DJ at Pontlands and take photos, be glad to hear if I can help.

Visited for a birthday lunch in the function room. Staff were attentive and the food was OK. The entrance area to the room has its own bar and direct access to loos which means it is self-contained. Good location being only five minutes from the A12. Recommended.
