Called the bank and been told I could open a joint account in the branch. Went to the branch and was told that I can only open an account online!! Very poor service for a bank that has a street branch!! I am very disappointed with this bank. Made two people lose a lot of time for nothing. By the way, after a long process...

Very, very helpful staff at this branch. Also zero wait time and the place had a friendly and open feeling to it.

This is a very open environment with separate areas for more private conversations, que times have never been a problem & generally their is a member of staff floating around to help guide you to the right area
