The staff aren't very welcoming. I was sent away with a ring they had down sized for me that clearly was then too small. This is a very sentimental item. We purchased our wedding rings from Lance James after finding their web site on Google, we both wanted something different and that's what we found! After seeing a pop up stall at a wedding fair we decided to visit the shop. And I’m so glad we did as we managed to buy both our wedding rings there. My husband had his designed so he was really pleased. when it arrived it wasn’t exactly how he wanted it. But they changed the design really quickly.
