Honestly one of the worst EE shops in the country. Staff are next to useless and add no value to any ordering process. An AI bot on their website would do a 100 times better job. Really hard to justify keeping the retail space open if this is the quality of your team.

A small little store that can get very busy. Popped in to sort out an old contract. The staff were very helpful and got a great deal on our SIM only plan. Got a better deal as we were BT internet subscribers.
