Unfortunately Lads customer service in this store is ridiculously rude. I bought a bike @ 5:30pm on my way home from this store for my daughters birthday and she didn't like it. Asked for exchange for another 1, very next day morning, just under 24hrs from the purchase and didn't even take it out from the car.Rudely refuse...
