Royal mail on canvey island used to be great but now some of the staff don't even knock and just leave red slips. I missed 5 parcels in just a week because they don't knock!! I wake up early at 8am and have dogs that always bark when the door is knocked but nothing! Just put red slips through my door they don't even try!... read full comment
