Awful experience. Short staffed, and struggling to cope. No coffee. Sending people to self service tills but no note about not having coffee. So many people disgruntled and moaning. Visited here for late breakfast. Hot chocolate machine apparently not been working for some time. Some items unavailable ( why? you’re based inside a supermarket.)
