time wasters. ordered glasses at this store and was told they can delivered to romford went to romford they said they dont have and then went again to brentwood before 5.30 but they had closed before and said we cant give you glasses come back tommorow

I’m not easily pleased, but a flawless experience in the shop J Arumugam and Hannah could not have been more helpful, polite, and professional. I have four stars purely because the whole booking process did not mention price. This is no fault of the staff in store. I could not rate the in store experience any higher.

Awful service these days at Specsavers. Have been a customer for more than 20 years but they never keep to their appointment times. Have been kept waiting for more than 25 mins twice and the third time would have been the same had I not kicked up a fuss, so just 10 mins late this time. I complained to Head Office and then...
