The lady in the post office doesn’t have idea about customer service, she is so rude, I live in pilgrims hatch and I prefer go to the post office in the high street rather to use this one.

The lady in this Post Office has a very sarcastic tongue , this is the second time I have used this Postand the Ist time was no better. There will definitely NOT be a 3rd time.
