James was very patient and a great waiter. Friendly, smiley and very efficient. We had a really enjoyable lunch today ?

Had the Wine and Dine experience, second time in having this. 1st time lovely evening and meal.
2nd time around the Ribeye Steak was dreadful, almost like cutting it with a blunt knife and had to cut it into smaller pieces in order to be able to chew it.

The menu looked superb but in reality the food was a little lack lustre. It's perfectly serviceable food but not as special as I hoped. Staff were lovely and attentive.
