I arranged for an eBay item to be delivered here as I was away. Very unhelpful over the phone and it transpired that they refused to accept the item. I wouldn't use this collection point again.

Very rude people unhelpful, only went in to collect a parcel. I would NEVER have a parcel from DHL delivered here again. Or use the shop put me off using them.
