How can they now only be open for 2hrs a day (8am-10am Mon - Fri), 4pm - 6pm (Thurs) and 8am - 12pm Sat. How are customers expect to drop off parcels/collect with these ridiculous opening hours. Bunch of lazy morons.

Atrocious service!!!! Only tracked items being delivered, regular mail delayed for days!!!! It's not our fault you are short with staff. Hire more people!
