Customer service almost non existing. Why do I have to have a post office receipt when I buy grocery. I asked for an itemised shop receipt. Manager was quite rude. Something not right here.

This is my local post office and I'm so glad it is. Very friendly, professional and helpful counter, the shop staff is the same. I am moving to another county soon and shall be sorry to leave this post office behind.
