I went to return an online order and was met by a very rude slightly older man .He was very patronising! An isolated issue as normally the staff are very helpful

Popped in for lunch and have had my day significantly brightened, my only by the lovely food but also the kind and helpful staff, particularly Luke who really went above and beyond. Thank you.
