It's a bank. It does bank things. When it is open. Was closed for the whole month of May recently, no idea why, no communication about it prior to it being closed and just a hand written note on the door. Staff are helpful as they can be but weren't able to help me get what I wanted done ?

I had a lovely lady help me personally this morning to pay a bill. She was Marvellous I forgot to get her name. But she was great.
