She told me that vanerama had canceled their contract so they couldn't do my tyre. I had to go to a different halfords who carried out the job. If you don't want to do the job just say.

Excellent service here. Turned up with my car as we’d unfortunately got a puncture & within half an hour they checked it over & fixed it. We arrived quite stressed due to having two young children with us & being a while from home. Thank you to Charles for sorting me out and ensuring my MOT could be done despite me currently going through a licence plate change!
