Had a delivery of 16 stoves for stock which they unfortunately sent to the invoice address and not our warehouse. Refused to accept responsibility despite never having had anything delivered to the invoice address before. Asked them to redirect to the correct address which they refused to do unless we paid for it. This... read full comment

Discovered flue warehouse through recommendations and so far so great. Products spot on, prices competitive and reliable which is key for me. Loving the helix flue and can't see me switching back to my old supplier.
