Contacted the store (before travelling) to ask if they had any single beds in store, the lady appeared quiet helpful to start with, then she said "don't worry you stay sat at home on your phone and I'll look for you" not very good customer service....

Needed a freezer picked up, said they can't do cm3. Exactly the same distance as Chelmsford store, but they could not do it for over 3 weeks. I will dump it up the council dump
