Pure nostalgia. This was my local "pub" when I lived here in the old nurses accommodation at Black Notley hospital.Sadly a hell of a lot has changed in the intervening years.

We crossed the valley from Tye Green Cressing to join friends at the Platinum Jubilee party, hosted by the Black Notley Community Association. Such a lovely event and extremely generous of them to put on bouncy castles for the kids. Hired the hall for my daughters 6th birthday today, fantastic Hall, spacious with kitchen facilities and a bar! Great friendly staff. Highly recommended the social club and would definitely recommend book. Thank you
