Starbucks. Poor coffee - incorrect size and 2 identical black coffees ordered tasted totally different. Mainly caused to Staff not listening to customers. It was late, they were technically closed. Due to a road closure i was very delayed and had missed dinner. The staff tuned the toaster back on and served me a tea. Thanks so much guys, was going to be very hungry. Nice to see a big chain represented by real people that understand customer service! double points!!

No ceramic cups for sit down service, washing machine broken … apparently … but couldn’t find a single ceramic cup on the shelves behind the counter. Couldn’t toast my banana bread either. Would’ve been 1 star, but the Flat White was good.
