Beautiful escape from the city. The house ha been converted well, and hasn’t lost all of its charm. The grounds are well kept and can be wandered around and explored. Stayed 2 nights for a conference. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Service is mixed. Charlotte was always helpful and professional. Our group had to pay our room bills out of pocket because the reservations team couldn't work out how to take an institutional credit card payment from over the phone from New Zealand.
