We had a lovely experience today, Dr K Magsi is very polite and professional, was my son Lucas first appointment at this GP practice. Also the receptionist who booked the appointment was really helpful. Really appreciate! Bianca J.

Very bad service not able to book an appointment by receptionist was told to go to A \\u0026 E spoke to Julie Jackson who was the office manager who said the same when I said I wasn’t happy she said that there were more doctors surgeries local. Was once the best doctors in Billericay but now one of the worse.

Brilliant service this morning considering it is Monday. Call at 8.15 answered within 15 mins and doctor rang 10.20, picked up medication by 11. Makes you feel so much better knowing you are considered and treated as important.
