The senior members of staff here quite literally think they are a higher power. The rudest I have come across, serving you as they are paid to do is a complete inconvenience to them. Terrible experience

Three weeks ago I ran out of a medicine but couldn’t get to the pharmacy. A member of staff (Lynn) was exceptional in sorting out the problem. After work she dropped off the medicine to my home, which was definitely above and beyond what her job required her to do.. She is always friendly and helpful.

Like all behind the scenes services, I don't think people give enough credit to the people & work that goes behind them. The staff here work exceptionably hard to make things work & provide the best service they can. Quite often it's the patient that hasn't allowed enough time for a prescription to be processed or hasn't...
